Shipping and delivery

PROCESSING
We aim to process all orders as fast as possible and dispatch them within 1-2 working days. During sales or busy periods, please allow up to 5 days for processing. We'll notify you about the tracking number when your order's been shipped.

All our packages are shipped from Poland using only tracked services.

STANDARD SHIPPING - FREE OVER £50
This is a fully tracked, signed for service provided by the post office. This shipping method is free from duties & taxes.

EUROPE3-7 WORKING DAYS
WORLDWIDE10-14 WORKING DAYS


UPS EXPRESS SHIPPING - FREE OVER £100
A fully tracked, signed for express delivery with UPS courier. Duties and taxes may apply to non-EU countries.

COVID-19 UPDATE
We're currently shipping all orders as usual. However, please bear in mind that delays might occur for Standard Shipping depending on your country's postal operations. If you need a guaranteed fast delivery, consider choosing Express Shipping at checkout.


Payment

All transactions in the store are completed in British Pounds (£). You can select a preferred payment method - PayPal or Card Payment - at checkout. All card payments are securely processed and encrypted. If you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to a payment gateway and asked to fill in the necessary details. In order to make a PayPal payment, it is necessary to have a PayPal account. During the checkout, you will be asked to choose your preferred currency and whether the amount should be deducted from your PayPal balance or the credit/debit card linked to your account.

If you wish to use an alternative payment method, head over to our Etsy, where you can pay with Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, iDEAL or Sofort.

PAYMENT IN OTHER CURRENCIES
If your preferred currency is not the Pound Sterling (GBP), your bank or PayPal will convert the order total to your national currency during the checkout process. 

   

Problems receiving your order

We try our best to ensure that your order reaches you as fast as possible. However, there might be occasional delays in transit that we have no control over. If your package is taking longer to arrive than the estimated delivery time for your country, don't worry just yet - in most cases, it's just a matter of a few extra days. If your order is taking more than 14 working days (Europe) or 20 working days (International) to arrive, has no tracking information or the tracking is not being updated, please contact us and we will do everything we can to resolve it. In a very unlikely event of the package being lost in transit we will either ship your order again or issue you a full refund.
